Installation Agreement

Installation
The customer commits to pay installation fee of R1300 non-refundable “installation fee” include 1 month free. From upfront on the date of signing up for this contract, after payment, Saafi will schedule and installation date as soon as possible... Withing 3 working days, addition first month data cost needs to per paid for the respective data package, Saafi does not cover installation for any extras of multiplugs, or any hardware other than the supplied cabling and router equipment's.

Damage and Re-location
Saafi equipment can be relocated for a charge for R350 per case. Damage or tampering with the equipment is an offence in terms of this agreement, no bolts, or equipment must be changed or moved, if customer does so, he/she will be liable to pay for costs and damages, or a fine.

Payment cycle
Saafi customers agree to payment to be processed each and every month for the duration of the contract period, the payment cycle of the contract will occur on the 1st (First) of every calendar month “Billing cycle date” for the duration of the contract. Should the client pay his or her account after the Billing Cycle Date, the client shall lose the days between the payment date and billing cycle date. that period is considered late payment and the client will not be reimbursed for this period nor will the billing cycle date change from 1st of the next calendar month

If customer does not pre-pay for his/her account by the 3rd of a particular month. If payment period is longer that 10(ten) days. Saafi has the right to relocate the equipment immediately
